My GLOBAL Home Income Portal and ADSENSE EMPIRE

I am a work at home mom. Forget the Hype, it is not easy to be a working single mother. Had too many diaper days with no money. Their Father donated his plentiful sperms, but never any money to go along with the results.

Yep, got my belly swollen 3 times, and two girls and a boy popped 203a out. Each time was supposed to be different - but on the third fertilized sperm, I got serious. I needed to look after things. That night, he went to get his SH### together. I suppose he did. I never saw him again.

Eviction Notice at the door, my sperm donator gone, and I have 3 crying, hungry babies to feed and care for ...

I grabbed his computer, Yep !! - The SH###T bought computer, no Formula. and was about to throw it out the window, something inside stopped me. Did you know, it was working, so that is how I survived. Dreaming online of The Good Life.

Yep, I am a Home Income Portal Owner for years now, and with my income close to a Million a Year, I can Afford my Lifestyle. I never saw my Sperm Donator, but I have his computer framed and mounted on the wall as my Trophy, and yes - You are going to LOVE this ...

I had a custum made blow up of him in my relax room. Everytime I need to unwind, I would punch him a few times, but he always come back up for more. It is my Life Challenge to Punch him so much, he will Go Down and Stay Down.

One Piece of the Search Engine Optimization

Keyword density. When it comes to SEO copywriting, this has to be one of the most talked about subjects. Why? Because keywords are the very foundation of search engine copywriting.

Without keywords we wouldn't even have SEO copywriting.

Because keywords (or more accurately, keyphrases) play such an important role in search engine copywriting, it might make sense that there are certain rules and regulations - certain formulas - that should be followed. It might make sense, but, I'm sorry to say, the mystery the magic is more like a myth.

I have a guess as to where these magic formulas come from. Someone brags to their friend that they got #1 ranking for a particular keyphrase. The friend studiously looks over the site and starts taking notes. "He used this phrase eight times in a 500-word piece of copy.

He put the keywords in here and there and over here, too. That means you have to put keyphrases in these places and reach a keyword density of 1.6% in order to get a #1 ranking." Not so! Let me explain why keyword density formulas don't fly.

Copywriting Is One Piece of the Search Engine Optimization

Customer Service - A Lost Art? and short inspirational quotes

I'm sure you have read or heard it somewhere before....and how true it is.

Here are a few ways to improve customer service at your business:

1) SMILE - Sounds too simple, right? As a customer, would you prefer to be serviced by a smiling face, or a scowl that would befit a guard dog?

2) LISTEN - Always be slow to speak and quick to listen.
Let customers express themselves without you trying to do it for them. Nobody likes being interrupted.

3) DON'T BE TOO PUSHY - Yeah, I know - the bottom line is sales, right? There is a fine line between suggesting products/services and pushing them down a customer's throat. If you are too pushy, your customer will probably walk away and take their business elsewhere.

4) PHONE ETTIQUETTE - Whether you are answering or initiating a call, always remember who the customer is. Be polite. Try "Yes sir/ma'am" instead of "yeah" and "nope." If you don't have an answer for your customer - offer to do some research to find what they are inquiring about.

5) THANK YOU - ALWAYS thank your customers. Even if you could not help them or they decided not to purchase from you. Leave them with a positive impression of your business before they leave.

6) TRAINING - Train your employees.
Don't let an untrained employee ruin your track record of excellent customer service.

Train your employees on-the-job for as long as necessary to teach them good customer service."And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise"Luke 6:31In conclusion: Customer service may be THE most important aspect of your business plan. I know of many people who are willing to pay a little more for a product or service in order receive excellent customer care.

Price, advertising, and location are all vital to a business---- but whatever you do, don't overlook the all-important "Good Customer Service".2004 © Born-AgainBargains http://www.bornagainbargains.com

Keeping Clients Happy Keeps them Coming Back

Unfortunately, there are some business professionals who don't live by that sentiment. I'm not sure if they don't understand the advantages of making clients feel like number one, but let's see if we can't keep ourselves from forgetting those that have helped our businesses get where they are today.

Providing exceptional customer service centers around ensuring your customers are happy.

They need to feel that you improve your business to help improve their business. There are several processes that will prove your dedication to exceptional customer service and are a must for all business professionals.

Provide the best service and provide it on time.
Keeping customers happy means you give them your very best and you make sure to deliver when you say you will. If for any reason you have to delay delivery, be honest with your client and inform them of the situation. If the delay will be of any inconvenience to your client, be sure to compensate them or offer to help alleviate the crisis. Really listen to your clients and their needs.

You may be able to provide expert advice but they usually know what they want. Work WITH them to give them exactly what they need and that will help improve their business.

And, the same holds true when reversed. If your client makes a suggestion to you to help improve your business, consider their opinion. After all, they are the experts about what they need from you. Strive to always improve your services.

With the advancements in technology, it is always a good idea to update your skills. But, that shouldn't be the only reason. Enhancing your services allows you to offer more to your clients and thus keeps them happy.

Provide a guarantee. This is a vital aspect of exceptional customer service. Satisfaction is something everyone wants.

If they are 100% happy with what you have provided them, they will be your biggest contributor to future business. If they aren't happy, make sure your rectify the problem. Provide prompt responses to all communications & inquiries. Don't keep your clients waiting.

Try to return phone calls within 24 hours, or at least 36 hours. People become impatient and will move onto the next business for what they are needing. Respond to emails on the same day if possible and answer all written inquiries within 3 business days. The longer inquiries wait to be responded to, the greater the chance of losing their business all together.

Always say Thank You! How good do you feel when someone says thank you -- feel it and say it often.

How to Dispute Credit Report Errors

Companies called consumer reporting agencies (CRAs) or credit bureaus compile and sell your credit report to businesses. Because businesses use this information to evaluate your applications for credit, insurance, employment, and other purposes allowed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), it's important that the information in your report is complete and accurate.

Some financial advisers suggest that you periodically review your credit report for inaccuracies or omissions. This could be especially important if you're considering making a major purchase, such as buying a home. Checking in advance on the accuracy of information in your credit file could speed the credit-granting process.

Getting Your Credit Report:
If you've been denied credit, insurance, or employment because of information supplied by a CRA, the FCRA says the company you applied to must give you the CRA's name, address, and telephone number.

If you contact the agency for a copy of your report within 60 days of receiving a denial notice, the report is free.

In addition, you're entitled to one free copy of your report a year if you certify in writing that

(1) you're unemployed and plan to look for a job within 60 days,
(2) you're on welfare, or
(3) your report is inaccurate because of fraud.

Otherwise, a CRA may charge you up to $9.00 for a copy of your report. If you simply want a copy of your report, call the CRAs listed in the Yellow Pages under "credit" or "credit rating and reporting." Call each credit bureau listed since more than one agency may have a file on you, some with different information.

The three major national credit bureaus are:

Equifax, P.O. Box 740241, Atlanta, GA 30374-0241; (800) 685-1111.
Experian P.O. Box 2002, Allen, TX 75013; (888) EXPERIAN (397-3742).
Trans Union, P. O. Box 1000, Chester, PA 19022; (800) 916-8800.

Correcting Errors:
Under the FCRA, both the CRA and the organization that provided the information to the CRA, such as a bank or credit card company, have responsibilities for correcting inaccurate or incomplete information in your report. To protect all your rights under the law, contact both the CRA and the information provider.

First, tell the CRA in writing what information you believe is inaccurate. Include copies (NOT originals) of documents that support your position. In addition to providing your complete name and address, your letter should clearly identify each item in your report you dispute, state the facts and explain why you dispute the information using the instructions they send you.

Building A Stellar Business One Employee At A Time

All businesses are run and operated by people. Each person makes decisions every day based on what that person believes and values. When a person makes better value decisions, it generates better results for the company.

A quantum shift begins, one that most other businesses dream about. Now, there's a way for every company to turn that dream into a reality. Executives who excel know what their people value.

Employees who align their values with their actions make better and more profitable decisions.
One way is to ask each person what is important in life. Some will be crystal clear and will be able to tell you, others will have an idea and others still will be uncertain. Executives who lead know what their people value, the strengths they possess and the roadblocks they experience.

Employees want to know what causes their roadblocks and how to eliminate them.

Companies can develop their people to make better decisions and commitments that are critical to the success of the business. Helping employees understand themselves better is vital to the success of the employee and the company.

There is a little known science that can help called Axiology. It's the study of values and judgments.

The pioneer and leading authority in Axiology, Dr. Robert S. Hartman spent most of his life studying and teaching human values. Using advanced mathematics and calculus, he developed the "Hartman Value Profile" as a tool to help individuals and organizations know their values with certainty.

The value profile provides a way to harness a person's strengths and talents, and not allow "weaknesses" and blind spots in thinking get in the way.

The result: companies become more successful and of higher service to others. Four of Dr. Hartman's friends, Abraham Maslow, Albert Ellis, Erich Fromm and Victor Frankl were leading authorities in the field of human understanding.

These colleagues agreed that Dr. Hartman's "scientific" discovery of the three dimensions of value put him in the company of Galileo and Copernicus. In 1973 Dr. Hartman was nominated for a Nobel Prize.

The question is, if the Value Profile is so accurate and effective, why haven't most businesses heard of it? If it can give you so much insight into a person's talent and ability, why aren't more companies using it? Says John Beaton, President of Team Results, Inc., "Companies don't know about Axiology and the value profile because nobody has told them about it. Axiology is a little known science and the Value Profile research continues to be pursued is so-called formal axiology, or the attempt to lay out principles regarding value with mathematical rigor."

I can never lose with the Powerful strategies used for my online business.

Super Rules, OK?

Myth number 1. Someone else can look after my super.
Only partly right.
It is possible go through your working life letting your super run on autopilot, but you may be in for an unpleasant surprise if you don't keep an eye on your super. Make sure your employer is paying the correct amount, and that if your employer goes broke your super is still available. If you change jobs you need to decide if you wish to 'roll over' the money into another fund.

This is especially important if you change jobs frequently.
You can find that you have relatively small amounts scattered over several funds, and in each you will be paying a management fee before you earn any distribution or interest. In the long term inflation will eat away at the value of your principle, even though the dollar amount stays the same. Many super companies provide a free service to consolidate small accounts for you. Use them.

Myth number 2. It's not my money until I retire.
Dead wrong.
It's your money, just like the rest of the money in your pay packet. Super funds are providing a service of managing your money until you can legally access it when you retire. You have control of it. After July 2005 you will have even more say about your money.

If you are not happy with the service you should tell the service provider.
If they can't fix your problem, then you can sack them and put your money elsewhere.

Myth number 3. I don't need to worry about it until I am at least fifty-something.
Not really.
Australians are enjoying longer lives and better health. You will need more money if you want to have more options in retirement. You will probably need to top up your super to achieve financial independence in your golden years. The sooner you start the better.

The Australian Government is generously giving away our money to help lower and middle income earners top up their super. It's called the superannuation co-contribution scheme. If you, or your spouse, are eligible you should make sure you get your share.

Fact number 1. Our superannuation is our money.
To look after your super you need to learn about your rights and options. It's a long term task.
You need to get information and advice. Don't rush, but start soon.

Having a Portfolio on the Internet Can Help you Infiltate the Workforce

Well, things have changed, and for the better let me tell you. Now you can make your own on-line portfolio on the Internet, and send its web page address to numerous design companies at once so they can all see your work easily. You don't even have to leave your house and organizations all over the world can access your work easily.

Individual businesses will get to know your particular style and your capabilities. It's exactly like having an interview but with no schedules to have to adhere to and they don't have to meet you in person! You might even consider leaving your MSN address so people can conference with you instantly. As the quality of web sites are reaching great heights, you can exhibit very detailed artworks in full color and if you gain a little technical knowledge (easily attained) you can even make them interactive.

You can also have links to graphics sites that you admire giving employers and potential clients knowledge about what truly drives you.

The amazing factor in the equation is the idea that you'll be sharing your identity with the wider community at large. If one graphics company feels your work doesn't suit their style, they may have friends in the industry who they know will be interested, thus using the age old 'word of mouth' technique to get you out there. Other people that see your site can help you get work as well. They don't have to be in the industry to see that your art is worthy of their projects.

Another plus is that other designers may get in contact with you. Then you become part of a network, a miniature community that helps each other with ideas, access to jobs, and constructive criticism to help you improve your skills.

Of course this is true with just about all industries today, the example of a graphic designer is only a good one because their work is often hard to duplicate. This means that normally they can only see one employer at a time.

On the Internet you can get a list of all the graphic design companies with your search engine (Eg: Google), and send them all your web site address at once.

Having your personal portfolio on the Web will definitely save you a lot of money that would have otherwise gone to transportation and telephone costs. If you're already an established designer, architect, or freelance writer you can exhibit your work and receive briefs on future jobs without ever leaving your office.

Designers can send drafts of the work on PDF files, which are then read and directly commented on using your contact info or on postings you publish on your home page.

6 Keys to Successfully Screening Church Staff and Volunteers

First, Get your house in order. Decide who will oversee the screening process and keep track of the paperwork. This person must be well respected in the congregation, be trusted to handle confidential information, be well organized and if possible have human resources and management experience.

Recognize this ministry within the life of the congregation. Place an announcement in the Sunday bulletin and bless the ministry within the Sunday liturgy.

1. Set up a filing system. All screening documents should be stored in a locked file cabinet (within the congregation or offsite) for an indefinite period of time.

Files should never be left out in the open or in a readily accessible location.

2. Assess risk and determine the screening requirements for the position in question. Assess the level of power, authority and control of those who minister, the level of vulnerability of those being ministered to, and the risk that harm could be committed by sexual harassment, exploitation, assault, emotional, verbal, physical, spiritual or financial abuse.
Screen appropriately for the level of risk inherent in the position.

3. Gather information from those to be screened, including the following: A well crafted Application Form that contains key questions concerning past incidents of inappropriate behavior. A Reference List of all the candidate's schools, employers, congregations, and religious supervisors over the last five years.

A minimum of three references should be checked. A broad Release Form to permit these references to freely divulge information about the candidate, and allow you to perform other investigative inquiries.

4. Check with the candidate's references - preferably in writing.
Ask them a series of key questions to reveal any past history of inappropriate conduct.

Well worded inquiries will reveal the most information about a candidate.

5. Check appropriate public records.
Based on the candidate's residential address history, perform a criminal history records check at the state level (almost all states have a central repository available), and the county level (all are available) going back five to seven years. Similarly, check with the appropriate state Sex Offender Registries (most state's now have free on-line checks available). If the candidate will have access to church financial assets, include a credit bureau check. If the candidate will be driving for church related activities, include a driving record check.

6. Comply with the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act.
