From The Desk of Laura Rodini | Volume 1 | Issue 6 | March 19, 2010
Dear ETR Insider, May I ask you a question? How old are you? If you're over 50, chances are retirement is on your mind. And if you're under 50, like me (I just turned 30), chances are you're kicking yourself. You know you should be saving for retirement, but probably haven't gotten around to socking much away. Now here's an interesting fact. According to Lendingtree.com, if you're making $60,000 a year now, you'll need at least $42,000 a year to maintain your standard of living once you retire. That's a lot more than I thought. And it doesn't include increased health care costs (which are sure to go up) or rising inflation (which is happening as we speak). I'm not trying to be a buzz kill - just calling to mind the fact that we have a real problem. But there is something you can do about it. Investor's Daily Edge Editor Steve McDonald put together a special video presentation called How to Avoid the Retirement Trap and Make Double What the Stock Market Returns Each Year. In it, he explains how you can make "retirement-level" cash, including a way to set yourself up to get regular payments every few months for the rest of your life. Plus, he invited the rest of the experts at Investor's Daily Edge to weigh in with their thoughts and specific recommendations. Thousands of people signed up to watch the video last week, but you can watch it right now by clicking here. One more thing: Steve is finishing up the latest promotional campaign for his Bond Trader service. And if you sign up before midnight tonight, he'll send you the details of a special recommendation on a top-quality bond with a juicy interest payment. Steve recently closed out trades for 32.8%, 28.1%, and 23.2% gains, respectively, so he certainly knows a thing or two about investing! One is an investment advisory newsletter that follows Michael Masterson's personal wealth-building philosophy. "Most investment advisors have a very static view of how to profit from the markets," says Michael. "Fundamentalists, contrarians, technicians - they all suffer from the same problem: investment myopia." The LSL advisory letter will be researched and presented by Investor's Daily Edge's Christian Hill. It will give members monthly recommendations on stocks and other investment plays that are already on their way up and have plenty of room for 50% to 500% ROIs. I don't have enough space in this update to tell you how they are doing it (you'll find out all about it in the next issue of the LSL newsletter) - but I can tell you this: When you see how it works, you'll be very happy you are a member of the Liberty Street League. The other new benefit for LSL members is brand-new in the investing world: a portfolio of tips and recommendations that can give you really big returns without risking a lot of money. None of the recommendations will cost more than $100. Many will cost only $50. Yet they will all have great upside potential. If you have only $500 to invest right now, you can get started. So why sit around watching big-time investors make all the big profits? The Liberty Street League will now be giving its members the chance to enjoy as much as 1,000% returns... without investing a bundle. And now, for the first time, Dr. Srikumar Rao reveals the core principles behind his Personal Mastery Program in a special teleconference next Thursday, March 25, at 8:00 p.m. There's absolutely no cost to attend. Just sign up here. (And if you've already signed up, don't worry. You're all set.) Let Dr. Rao show you how you can live a rich life full of meaning and purpose. How you can wake up every morning feeling excited - and live your life the way YOU want. It's possible! One of Dr. Rao's students, Brandon Peele, says, "I attribute 80% of my $120K MBA price tag to this one class. It changed my life in profound ways." To find out more about the life-changing benefits of Dr. Rao's program - for less than a thousandth of MBA school tuition - click here. | Early to Rise's Faces of Success |This week, meet Bob Rubenstein, the former executive of a home furnishings business. Bob and his wife, Ellen, have made a successful second career out of their love for cooking. Check it out.
| ETR's Fitness Craze |
One more thing before I sign off this week... You may think we've gone crazy at ETR headquarters. We haven't. We've simply replaced our desk chairs with fitness balls - and we've never been more productive! Now I'll admit, I was skeptical at first. But then I sat on one myself, and they're really comfortable! They're meant to strengthen your abs and your posture. You're constantly making adjustments throughout the day, giving yourself a mini-workout while you sit. If you're sitting at a normal-height desk, I recommend the medium-sized ball. Just fill it up with air and enjoy! Until next week,
Sincerely, We want your feedback! Let us know your thoughts on today's issue. Email us at: AskETR@ETRFeedback.com
